We’re working with a global entertainment company who are looking for an eager and capable Facilities Assistant to join their team on a 3-month temp contract. You’ll support the Facilities Manager and wider team with day-to-day admin to help keep the office running smoothly. Facilities experience is a plus, but not essential — the main focus is finding someone confident raising purchase orders and processing invoices, mainly using Coupa (with some exposure to SAP).
What you’ll be doing:
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices (Coupa)
- Supporting the Facilities Manager with admin and reporting
- Managing facilities requests and tickets
- Keeping records, trackers, and systems up to date (including CAFM)
- Handling emails and general facilities admin
- Attending and minuting meetings when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience raising POs and invoices using Coupa (essential)
- Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating
- Facilities or supplier management experience is a bonus
