Are you an experienced PA/ EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a business? Do you have experience supporting multiple execs simultaneously?
We're looking for a proactive, highly organised and relationship-focused EA to support a small group of senior leaders within a collaborative and people-first organisation. This is an opportunity to step into an agile role where you'll become a trusted partner, helping senior stakeholders stay focused, organised and effective while contributing to wider business initiatives. This role offers plenty of variety, autonomy and the chance to shape how the position evolves over time.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex diaries across multiple senior leaders with competing priorities
- Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
- Supporting board meetings, leadership meetings and VIP visits
- Preparing agendas, presentations and meeting documentation
- Acting as a key liaison between senior leaders, colleagues and external stakeholders
- Managing selected inboxes and ensuring timely follow-up on actions
- Assisting with internal events, engagement initiatives and business projects
- Building strong relationships with other Executive Assistants, partners and senior contacts
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptional diary, meeting and travel coordination skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A calm and professional approach under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence working independently and using initiative
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
