We are partnering with a large, multi-brand media organisation (c.2,000 London employees) with an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to take operational ownership of reward delivery.
Reporting to the Head of Compensation & Benefits and managing a small team, you’ll play a pivotal role across compensation and benefits - partnering closely with the wider People team in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who has already led pay review and bonus cycles and has team management potential or experience. You’ll also help evolve existing frameworks, contribute post-acquisition harmonisation work, and provide data-led market insight to shape reward decisions.
Key focus:
- Salary benchmarking & pay banding
- Bi-annual pay review & discretionary bonus delivery
- Benefits renewals & provider management
- Payroll oversight & reward reporting
- Data analysis & market insight
- Line management of a small C&B team
