We're partnering with a high-growth, employee-owned professional services business to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with ambitious growth plans, a strong leadership team, and a culture built around high performance, ownership and collaboration.

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll play a critical role in attracting and hiring experienced revenue-generating talent across the business, from Senior Consultant through to Director level. This is not a reactive recruitment role. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting passive talent within highly competitive markets, building long-term pipelines and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Alongside hiring, you'll have the opportunity to shape talent strategy through projects covering employer branding, recruitment marketing, process improvement, onboarding, assessment methodologies and talent technology.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading experienced sales hiring across multiple business units
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines through proactive market mapping and sourcing
  • Creating compelling outreach campaigns that engage passive candidates
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Partnering with senior leaders to influence hiring decisions
  • Using market intelligence to advise on talent attraction strategies
  • Driving continuous improvement projects across Talent Acquisition and People

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience recruiting sales, commercial professionals or recruiters
  • Background in agency recruitment, Rec2Rec or internal Talent Acquisition
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and talent pipelining capability
  • Experience engaging passive candidates through personalised outreach
  • Commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of resilience, energy and curiosity
  • Excellent storytelling and influencing ability
