A dynamic media / entertainment company is seeking a proactive and fun immediately available Receptionist to be the friendly face and operational heartbeat of its vibrant West London office. Supporting a collaborative and fast-paced environment that produces award-winning content across iconic brands, this role offers variety, visibility, and real impact.
Working closely with the Office Manager, the receptionist will be key in delivering a seamless office experience - from greeting visitors and coordinating meeting rooms to supporting internal events and ensuring the office remains a safe, efficient, and inspiring place to work. This is a temporary, part-time role, based in their office in West London from Tuesday to Thursday.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Front of House – Welcoming guests, managing the visitor system, and ensuring the meeting rooms and AV are set for success.
- Space & Resource Coordination – Running the desk and meeting room booking systems, supporting car park logistics, and collaborating with IT on kit collections.
- Office Support – Raising and receipting POs, chasing invoices, and maintaining stock levels for supplies and stationery.
- Event Assistance – Coordinating internal event spaces, working with event leads, and setting up meeting areas as needed.
- Access Control & Security – Creating staff passes, maintaining GDPR compliance, overseeing helpdesk queries, and managing tenant access.
- Facilities & Maintenance Oversight – Reporting issues, running health & safety checks, liaising with contractors and cleaners.
