A leading central London creative agency is looking for an immediately available Temp Receptionist to join their front-of-house team for an initial four-week assignment, with the possibility of extension. This is a busy, client-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional FOH experience.
The ideal candidate will be super proactive, confident working across multiple reception or service desks, and comfortable stepping into a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the reception desk and greeting all visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Liaising closely with the facilities team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Overseeing meeting room bookings on Condeco
- Supporting internal events, including catering, guest lists, and general event coordination
- Acting as first aid and fire marshal support
- Managing inboxes, calls, deliveries and general FOH administration
- Ensuring all communal areas remain tidy, organised and client-ready at all times
- Previous experience working across multiple reception or service desks
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Outlook and general Microsoft Office
- Experience using Condeco or another room-booking system (essential)
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience within the creative industry is desirable but not essential
