The Role

We are working with a creative workspace that is looking for a friendly, organised and hands‑on Reception & Community Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the space.

They need someone who is calm under pressure, quick to find solutions and happy to get stuck into a varied role, helping to create a great experience for members, visitors and clients.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming visitors and clients, providing a fantastic first impression.
  • Managing reception, phones, emails, post and deliveries.
  • Supporting the day‑to‑day running of a busy creative workspace.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, parking and general site enquiries.
  • Assisting with client onboarding and offboarding.
  • Keeping databases and records up to date.
  • Supporting events across the site and liaising with on‑site partners.
  • Attending team meetings, taking notes and helping with general operational administration.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for issues and helping find solutions.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in reception, front of house
  • Confident, personable and proactive.
  • Someone who enjoys being busy
  • Calm, level‑headed and able to think on their feet
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365
  • An interest in creative environments, the arts or music
  • A genuine interest in reception and FOH
