A small, award-winning scripted TV production company is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a senior executive working across television and film. This is a trusted, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on ownership, discretion, and being five steps ahead!
The Role
You will have full oversight of the executive’s professional life, with occasional personal support as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full EA/PA support: inbox management, diary, scheduling, travel and logistics
- Preparing research and briefing notes for meetings
- Acting as gatekeeper – knowing when to push back and protect time
- Attending and organising events, screenings and industry engagements
- Gifting: budgeting, sourcing, tracking and managing the full process
Requirements:
- Proven PA/EA experience within scripted TV or film (in-house) is essential to this opportunity
- Strong understanding of industry terminology and production workflows
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and sensitive information
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
