People Operations Coordinator or Specialist

Temp to Perm / Contract to Perm – Must be free immediately, or able to start in November

3 days onsite in West London – Wed and Fri mandatory

We’re partnering with a leading EdTech platform, who are looking for a People Operations Coordinator or Specialist to join their team and help shape. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of HR technology, data, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the People Operations ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
  • Execute operational processes in the HRIS (HiBob), spanning the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, performance, and pay reviews.
  • Support HRBPs on a variety of ER cases
  • Use data insights to make recommendations that enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy across all People systems.
  • Support background checks and ensure HR processes align with UK regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including HRBPs to streamline workflows and optimise system usage.
  • Champion self-service solutions and process improvements to create a seamless employee experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced HR Generalist or HR Operations role
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally HiBob.
  • Familiarity with HR ticketing systems and lifecycle processes – you\’ll love data and all the intel it provides!
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational needs into practical actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity for emerging HR technologies, including AI-powered tools.
