Our client, an exciting, fast-paced media company based in London, is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a creative, fast-paced environment. This role goes far beyond traditional front-of-house duties – the successful candidate will act as the go-to person for the office, supporting wider admin tasks and ensuring a seamless experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-house greeting: welcoming clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Managing calls, emails, meeting rooms and visitor flow
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
