I’m working with a small but thriving Creative Production Studio in Mill Hill. They’re now looking for a super-organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support their inspiring CEO, someone who can keep the creative whirlwind running smoothly. Recent experience working in a start-up or small business (under 50) at senior level is required for this role. This is a true PA role supporting a fast-paced CEO across both business and creative life. Expect variety, responsibility, and the occasional dash of madness.

Day-to-day, you’ll handle:

  • Diary, inbox, travel, and general organisational wizardry.
  • Acting as the CEO’s right hand—anticipating needs and keeping everything on track.
  • Coordinating meetings, production schedules, and client touchpoints.
  • Getting involved in studio life—no two days will ever be the same.

You’ll be the calm in the creative storm—trusted, efficient, and unflappable. This role is busy! And we need someone comfortable taking on more, or working outside of hours when required.

About You: You’ll fit right in if you’re:

  • Sharp, confident, and able to think three steps ahead.
  • Have recent experience working for a start-up, within production ideally or creative world.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys working with a young, ambitious team.
  • Detail-obsessed but adaptable when plans inevitably change.
  • Able to drive and have access to a car - not essential but preferred.

We will endeavour to get back to candidates within 10 days. Due to the high levels of CVs we receive, we can only get back to those candidates who fit our client's brief at this time.
