Our client, a leading and highly respected Architectural practice, are on the hunt for a brilliant immediately available PA to support once of their principals. Based in stunning modern and vibrant, offices in Central London, this great team are looking for an experience PA who has worked in a fast paced environment to work alongside PAβs in a tight-knit team where you will gain a huge amount of exposure in an open plan, fast paced and friendly working environment.
Duties
- Managing every changing diaries
- Arrange Meetings
- Prepare meeting rooms and documents
- Design basic PowerPoint presentations
- Field Calls and queries
- Meet and greet clients
- Organise travel and trips
What we are looking for
- 3 years plus PA experience
- Ability to manager very busy diaries
- Experience in fast paced roles and offices
- Architecture experience a plus but not essential
- Immediately available
- Great communication skills
- Fine with 5 days in the office
