Location: London

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Office & Facilities Coordinator to join an established entertainment company on an immediate-start contract. This is a great fit for someone who loves keeping a workspace running smoothly, thrives in a creative environment and brings warmth, organisation and initiative to every day. We’re ideally looking for someone with around three years’ experience in front of house and facilities coordination within a busy office or creative setting.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing all F&B for the office – restocking snacks, unpacking deliveries and being the key contact for the Workplace F&B team.
  • Running reception and visitor management, ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported.
  • Handling post, couriers, maintenance providers and communicating updates to the Workplace/Tech teams.
  • Proactively identifying and delivering office improvements – whether physical fixes, process tweaks or better ways of working.
  • Managing office supplies, inventory and general facilities needs.
  • Supporting company socials, internal events and team celebrations.
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, including AV/casting support and refreshments.
  • Helping with onboarding/offboarding, team gifts and life-event moments.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone immediately available and genuinely interested in temping or short-term contracts.
  • Around three years’ experience in Front of House and facilities coordination within a busy office environment.
  • Previous experience working in a global media company or fast-paced creative/entertainment setting.
  • A friendly, proactive person who naturally takes ownership and keeps the office running smoothly.
  • Someone confident managing visitors, couriers, F&B restocks, meeting rooms and day-to-day office needs.
  • A strong communicator who keeps teams updated and spots improvements before anyone else notices.
  • Someone who enjoys supporting team culture – socials, celebrations, onboarding and general team moments.
