A creative advertising agency is looking for support as a Team PA. In this role, you will be supporting 5 Executives, including ECDs. This is a busy role and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting senior creative leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Manage 5 complex diaries and schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple senior creative leaders
- Support the wider team
- Process expenses for the Executives
- Keep projects running smoothly
