We partner with a range of creative, media and production‑focused companies across Central London who regularly need experienced Team Assistants to support their studios and offices. There isn’t a live role at this moment, but we’re building our temp pool for upcoming bookings - ideal for people who want flexible work that can sit alongside freelance projects or other commitments.
To be considered, you’ll need previous experience in a similar Team/Studio/Office Assistant role and experience working within the creative industries (production, media, design, fashion, advertising, etc.).
What You Might Be Doing
- Office & Studio Support
- Welcoming guests and being the first point of contact
- Managing deliveries, parcels and meeting room set‑ups
- Keeping communal areas tidy, stocked and guest‑ready
- Replenishing kitchen supplies, snacks, stationery and tech accessories
- Watering plants and helping maintain a positive studio environment
- Admin & Day‑to‑Day Support
- Supporting teams with ad‑hoc admin tasks
- Helping with small events, gifts and wellbeing initiatives
- Managing basic office logs, asset lists or shared inboxes
- Assisting with internal comms or production updates
