We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing creative business that delivers high-profile projects for globally recognised clients. As the team continues to grow, they're looking for a confident and proactive Studio & Project Manager to become the operational heartbeat of the business during a maternity cover.
This is a brilliantly varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the founders, keeping projects moving, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing busy diaries, inboxes and meeting schedules
- Coordinating UK and international travel
- Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, resources and deadlines
- Supporting clients and acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery
- Working with freelancers to coordinate schedules and project activity
- Preparing quotes, invoices and expense administration
- Maintaining project documentation and improving internal processes
- Helping shape operations as the business continues to grow
