A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Integrated Designer to join an established in-house studio working across multi-channel government consumer campaigns, particularly those reaching vulnerable customers. You will translate strategic briefs into compelling designs across formats, including print, digital and event activations. This role will involve both conceptual thinking as well as day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Campaign Delivery
- Lead creative responses to briefs
- Develop campaign concepts and identities that work across multiple formats
- Present ideas confidently and refine work based on feedback
- Produce assets across print, digital, OOH, motion and video
- Ensure all work meets brand, accessibility and inclusivity standards
- Work closely with the Studio team, mentoring and supporting where needed
- Deputise for the Brand Content Manager when required
- Partner with internal stakeholders to shape briefs and elevate creative output
- Review partner and agency work for brand accuracy
- Contribute to brand guidelines, templates and campaign visuals
- Support quality control across all creative outputs
- Champion diversity and accessible design
- Build understanding of vulnerable customer groups and apply insights to campaigns
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years’ design experience (in-house or agency)
- Ideally worked on Government, energy or charity campaigns
- Strong conceptual skills
- Translate strategic briefs into clear, consumer-focused design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including motion/video tools
- Experience across print and digital
- Confident communicator
- Collaborative, proactive and committed
- Curious and engaged with evolving creative practices, including AI tools
- Experience creating campaigns for vulnerable or hard-to-reach audiences
