We’re working with a fast-paced, people-focused business looking for a Reception & Workplace Coordinator to become the heartbeat of their London office on an initial fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, keeping a front-of-house running smoothly, and being the person people naturally turn to for support. No two days will look the same; one moment you could be meeting and greeting visitors and preparing meeting spaces, the next you could be coordinating suppliers, solving an office issue, or supporting a company-wide event.
You’ll join a collaborative and social team that genuinely values workplace experience, initiative, and positive energy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing front-of-house operations and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, couriers, post and deliveries
- Keeping office spaces organised, stocked and running efficiently
- Supporting internal events, team meetings and office set-ups
- Liaising with contractors, building management and external suppliers
- Handling day-to-day workplace and facilities issues proactively
- Assisting with onboarding logistics and workstation preparation for new starters
- Supporting general office administration and employee requests
