Are you an experienced Payroll Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a well-known sports organisation to find someone who can hit the ground running on a 6-month fixed-term contract .
Joining a collaborative People team, you'll support payroll across a business of 500+ employees , ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Support the end-to-end monthly payroll process.
- Process starters, leavers, contractual changes and payroll amendments.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance.
- Respond to employee payroll queries.
- Partner closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll deadlines are met.
- Support reporting, reconciliations and continuous process improvements.
About You
Previous payroll experience within a fast-paced organisation β professional services experience is highly desirable.
Experience supporting payroll for a business of 500+ employees .
Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems .
Excellent attention to detail with strong Excel skills.
Confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
Available immediately or on a very short notice period.
