Operations Manager – Creative StudiosLondon-based + oversight of 2 international studios3+ days in studio£50,000–£58,000 DOEFull-time, permanentClear progression as the business grows internationallyA fast-growing creative studios group is looking for an Operations Manager to keep its London hub running smoothly and support teams in the US. Working closely with two hands-on founders, you\’ll be the person who joins the dots between people, processes and studios across multiple locations. If you enjoy bringing order to creative environments and like having real ownership, this could be a great fit.What you\’ll be doingOverseeing day-to-day studio operations in London (bookings, shoots, payments, general running of the space)Acting as the operational partner to two founders , helping structure priorities and decision-makingOwning and improving systems, workflows and documentation so everything runs smoothly as the business growsManaging HR administration (contracts, onboarding, staff records, sensitive data) and supporting complianceProviding remote operational support to studios in the US, keeping communication and processes alignedWe\’re keen to hear from people who:Have 2+ years in operations management (or a similar operations role)Have worked in a production setting or with actors (tv, photography, film, theatre, media, entertainment)Is comfortable working closely with and reporting directly into the FoundersIs confident using scheduling tools, CRMs, HR platforms and project management systemsIs highly organised , comfortable with lots of moving parts and calm under pressureCommunicates clearly and builds trust with a mix of creative and operational colleaguesIs London-based or easily commutable , and happy to be in the studio 3 days per weekIs genuinely interested in the acting / creative world and how the industry worksThis is an exciting company going through a period of growth requiring a senior, hands-on candidate who loves making a creative environment run smoothly.
