We're partnering with a successful creative business to find an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of a vibrant London office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being at the heart of a collaborative team.

Your Role:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of a busy London office
  • Acting as the main point of contact for office suppliers and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance, facilities and workplace services
  • Supporting health & safety and compliance processes
  • Managing office supplies, refreshments and workplace presentation
  • Welcoming visitors and supporting meeting room coordination
  • Assisting with employee events and workplace culture initiatives
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs

What We're Looking For:

  • An experienced Office Manager, Workplace Manager or Facilities Coordinator used to operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
  • Confident liaising with suppliers and external partners
  • Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
  • Experienced in office compliance, facilities or workplace operations
