We’re partnering with a successful creative business to find an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of a vibrant London office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being at the heart of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Managing the day-to-day running of a busy London office
- Acting as the main point of contact for office suppliers and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance, facilities and workplace services
- Supporting health & safety and compliance processes
- Managing office supplies, refreshments and workplace presentation
- Welcoming visitors and supporting meeting room coordination
- Assisting with employee events and workplace culture initiatives
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- An experienced Office Manager, Workplace Manager or Facilities Coordinator used to operating in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
- Confident liaising with suppliers and external partners
- Practical, proactive and solutions-focused
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Experienced in office compliance, facilities or workplace operations
