We are partnering with a well-established production company, who are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support the smooth running of the business and provide senior-level PA support to a Director. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys being at the centre of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring an efficient and professional working environment.
  • Take charge of the visitor experience by providing a warm, personal welcome to all guests entering the office.
  • Manage and enforce health and safety protocols throughout the office to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Act as Personal Assistant to the MD, managing diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, and services.
  • Manage onboarding processes and inductions, being a point of contact for newbies and delivering a great first day.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager and/or PA role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
  • Experience within a production, media or creative environment is advantageous but not essential.
