Remote Customer Service Advisor 3 Days Per Week Tues-Thursday

We’re working with an online card and gift retail organisation who are looking for a confident and experienced Customer Service Advisor to help support a busy team over the summer.
You’ll mainly be handling customer queries over the phone and by email, following clear scripts and guidelines to make sure every customer gets a consistent, high-quality gifting experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Following scripts and processes for calls and written responses
- Using several systems at once to find and update information
- Keeping things accurate, organised, and on track
- Knowing when to escalate issues or ask for help
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a remote customer service role is essential
- Experience handling customer queries via telephone and ticketing systems
- Confident in using computers, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Comfortable following scripts and established processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented
