We are seeking an exceptional immediately available EA to support an SLT team at a luxury retail head office. This is a busy, involved, fun and fast-paced role, supporting the senior leadership team of this highly successful and growing brand. You will work alongside other EAs supporting the leadership team.

Dates: ASAP for a month, with likelihood of extension

About the Role: This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. You will be providing seamless day-to-day support, ensuring operations run smoothly and professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and schedule management
  • Coordinating appointments and logistics
  • Acting as first point of contact
  • Lots of international travel arranging
  • Managing communications with efficiency and tact
  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a retail brand or similar
  • Happy to work 5 days onsite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work autonomously
