This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic British luxury brand at a pivotal moment in its growth journey. We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become the trusted right hand to both the CEO and President of a prestigious, family-owned business with an international reputation, rich heritage and exciting ambitions for the future.

Based from a beautiful Mayfair headquarters, this is far more than a traditional EA role. You'll sit at the heart of the business, acting as a true ambassador for the leadership team while supporting a highly visible President and a dynamic CEO who is driving the next phase of growth and transformation.

Working closely with both leaders, you'll be entrusted with everything from complex diary and travel management to Board preparation, high-level stakeholder communication, events and personal support. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen behind the scenes and takes pride in creating calm, structure and excellence in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing complex diaries, schedules and changing priorities
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact
  • Coordinating travel, itineraries and executive logistics
  • Board Support: Preparing presentations, Board packs and meeting materials, attending Board and leadership meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Managing confidential correspondence and sensitive matters
  • Supporting personal appointments and lifestyle administration
  • Supporting leadership events and industry engagements
  • Coordinating internal meetings and company gatherings

What we are looking for:

  • You'll be an experienced EA or Senior PA with at least 7 years' experience supporting senior executives, founders, entrepreneurs or high-profile individuals.
  • Immaculately presented and highly professional
  • Naturally polished, warm and emotionally intelligent
  • Proactive, organised and exceptionally discreet
  • Comfortable operating across both business and personal support
  • Experienced managing multiple priorities without supervision
  • Confident preparing PowerPoint presentations and Board materials
  • Able to build relationships with people at every level
  • Experience within luxury, premium consumer brands, hospitality, private offices, beauty, fashion or high-net-worth environments would be highly advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity for an EA who takes pride in excellence, thrives on ownership and wants to be part of a brand with a remarkable story. If you are ready to join a business with genuine heritage and an exciting future, and want to be part of a loyal, collaborative team, please apply today for an immediate interview!

We are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
