Are you a quick learner with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking dedicated Customer Service Advisors to support one of our clients during two of their busiest seasons:
- Valentine's Day: shifts between 5th–20th February
- Mother's Day: shifts between 6th - 20th March
As a key part of the team, you'll:
- Communicate with customers across email and phone channels, offering friendly, professional, and efficient service.
- Solve problems proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:

Role Details:
