I'm partnering with an established brand in the creative world that's looking to hire an experienced HRBP to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the business. You'll work closely with managers, acting as a sounding board while helping them navigate everything from day-to-day people challenges to organisational change.

It's a role for someone who likes variety, enjoys building strong relationships, and is happy to switch between partnering with senior stakeholders and getting stuck into the operational side of HR when needed. You'll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment and everyone pitches in and supports each other.

The role will lead on all employee relations cases across your teams, handling PIPS, disciplinaries and grievances, and you will be comfortable leading redundancy conversations. You will support business change, deliver manager training, and help shape the overall people experience.

We are looking for an established People Partner, with at least 18 months experience operating at this level. The ideal candidate will come from a creative, media, fashion or consumer brands background.
