An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Front of House and Facilities Coordinator to join the London office of a leading global entertainment company on an immediate-start temporary contract. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity, initiative and adaptability are highly valued. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting a busy and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing kitchen and refreshment areas, including stock replenishment and supplier coordination
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and reception duties
  • Coordinating post, couriers, office maintenance and facilities requests
  • Liaising with workplace and tech teams to resolve office-related issues efficiently
  • Supporting office operations and proactively identifying improvements to processes and workspace functionality
  • Assisting with office supplies management and general administrative support
  • Helping to organise company socials, events and team activities
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, including AV and presentation support
  • Supporting the wider team with onboarding, offboarding and team celebrations

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar coordination, office support or front-of-house role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple priorities
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
