Overview

Freelance PA - Music Management | 3 Days - Mon-Wed | Remote | £200 Per Day. Our client is a Music Management company based in West London, looking for a star part-time freelance PA to support 3 Directors during a busy period. You’ll be tasked to the directors on track — organising very busy schedules, travel, meetings and inbox chaos with style. You’re quick-thinking, discreet, WhatsApp-savvy, and thrive in the creative hustle. Part-time | Flexible | Remote (with the occasional late taxi booking!). Monday - Wednesday. If you’re unflappable, organised and love making things run smoothly — we’d love to hear from you.

Duties

  • Diary Management - Busy!
  • Lots of organising international travel
  • Personal support
  • Liaising with Music teams / Talent
  • Expenses / Admin

Requirements

  • Music Industry background preferred but will also consider a background in Entertainment
  • Experience with both Private and Business PA support
  • Self employed and pay your own taxes
  • Freelance Position therefore there is no holiday or sickness benefit
  • 5+ years experience
