We’re working with a small, creative studio based in East London who are looking for a hands-on, proactive Team Assistant / Front of House to join their lovely, close-knit team on a temporary basis until the end of April. This is a varied, all-rounder role for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and support wherever needed.
The Role
- Front of house coordination and meeting support
- Maintenance and stock management (studio supplies, kitchen restocking, etc.)
- Supporting an upcoming office move (including packing and general organisation)
- Answering phones and handling basic admin
- Chasing timesheets and liaising with IT support when needed
- Printing, handling deliveries, light cleaning
- Assisting with meetings and events (including supermarket runs if required)
- Light research and audits
- General ad hoc support across the team

- Proactive, organised and “on it”
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty and pitch in wherever needed
- Strong Excel skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment
