Our client is an exciting social impact creative agency creating integrated multi-channel campaigns to connect big brands with young people, parents and schools. We’re looking for someone with min 2.5 years experience in an agency setting who is well versed in running client campaigns end to end across every channel.
The Marketing team focuses on client campaigns and are experts in marketing, product, data, digital and communications. They are the team who deliver integrated, creative multi‑channel campaigns from implementation and optimisation to reporting and evaluation. You will be central to all of this, making it a varied and exciting position.
You’ll make sure that campaigns are on‑brand, measurable and optimised for engagement so you will need to interrogate campaign objectives and offer data‑driven insights and recommendations.
Day to day you’ll be using tools such as DotDigital and WordPress and be well versed in campaign set up on FB, IG, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (IG, FB, X, LI, TT, YT) across both organic and paid and have a working knowledge of SEO.
You should also be familiar with building and managing email marketing campaigns, flows and automations with support from senior marketing colleagues. Other areas of responsibility include setting up UTM tracking and working with GA4, Looker Studio and PowerBI to monitor and analyse campaign performance.
You will need to demonstrate all of the above skills and technical knowledge and be from an agency environment along with a passion for education and reaching young people and their families.
