We have a rare opportunity with an independent, internationally focused film production company offering a hands-on creative internship for a creatively minded individual looking to take their first steps into the industry. This is an opportunity for someone who loves film, has a natural eye for visuals, and is curious about how projects are developed and presented behind the scenes. You don’t need to be an expert — just someone with good creative instincts, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for storytelling.
Working closely with a small, experienced team, you’ll support the visual side of film development — helping shape how ideas are presented through decks, imagery, and digital content. You’ll gain exposure to real projects in development and learn how creative ideas are translated into materials used across the industry. This role is designed as an initial learning experience, with guidance and training provided so that you will eventually be a fully rounded Creative.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with presentation decks and visual materials
- Pulling together mood boards and image references for projects
- Helping organise creative assets and project files
- Supporting light image edits or simple video content (where needed)
- Contributing ideas and visual inspiration where relevant
- Providing general creative support to the team
About You
- Passionate about film, storytelling, and visual culture
- Hard worker
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A natural eye for imagery, design, or aesthetics
- Some familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, Keynote) — even at a basic level
- Curious, proactive, and open to learning new tools (including AI-based tools)
- Organised and reliable, with a positive attitude
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Any creative portfolio, coursework, or personal projects
- Interest in photography, editing, or digital content
