We're partnering with an exciting, high-growth B2B technology business that's redefining how young professionals connect within its industry. Backed by investment and entering a significant growth phase, they're looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of community growth and brand engagement.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands that successful marketing is about building an engaged community, not just creating content. You'll develop and execute social media and content strategies, grow a highly targeted professional audience, create compelling multi‑channel campaigns, manage email marketing and identify partnerships that accelerate brand awareness and community participation.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience building and growing engaged Genz B2B communities from the ground up
• A track record of driving measurable growth across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Tiktok
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, including short‑form video
• An understanding of how to turn followers into active advocates through organic engagement
• A data‑led approach to measuring performance and optimising campaigns
• Experience marketing to professional audiences, membership organisations, SaaS, fintech, recruitment or other B2B businesses
