£40–£45K DOE - Hybrid working 3 days a week. 6-Month FTC with potential to go perm.
We’re working with a thriving agency, who are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their growing People team on an initial 6-month FTC. This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who enjoys being close to the business, managing roles end-to-end and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. There’s plenty going on, so you’ll need to be proactive, organised and confident managing a busy recruitment pipeline.
We are looking at candidates who have previously hired within Media Planning & Strategy, Digital Performance, Data Analytics, and Client Services. There will be a mixture of mid-senior roles, so you’ll need to be comfortable speaking to candidates and stakeholders at different levels.
The role:
- You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and the wider People team to deliver recruitment across the business.
- You’ll take ownership of roles from briefing through to offer, including:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of agency roles
- Taking briefs and advising hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategy
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Building talent pipelines
- Screening candidates and managing the process through the ATS
- Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment content
- Keeping hiring managers updated and providing insight on the market and pipelines
- Ensuring candidates have a great experience throughout the process
- Supporting inclusive and fair recruitment practices
- Looking for ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate journey
- Getting involved in wider TA projects and initiatives
We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years’ recruitment experience, either from an in-house TA environment or recruitment agency. You’ll have experience recruiting within media, digital, creative or a similar agency environment and understand the talent market across areas such as performance media, client services and planning.
