Temp Admin / Recruitment Coordinator – Recruitment Support
Location: London (Onsite, 5 days a week)
Contract: Temp (3 months initially, likely to keep going)
Rate: £15-£18 per hour (around £35k perm equivalent)

We’re working with an amazing architect company in London who need extra help supporting their busy recruitment team. This role is mainly admin-focused and great for someone with some recruitment experience who’s organised and proactive.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping a recruitment team of 3 with day-to-day admin
- Booking interviews, sending candidate info, and drafting contracts
- Supporting the team with managing a high volume of recruitment
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally, some background in recruitment or similar admin roles
- Confident using Workday and Excel
- Someone who can work on their own and stay on top of things
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
Other info:
- They’re happy to wait for the right person and want someone who’s in it for the long haul
- Start date is flexible over the next few weeks
- Mainly onsite in London, but a bit of flexibility might be possible for the right reasons
