We’re working with a global entertainment company to find a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support their Nonfiction Content team in London. This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting a busy creative team. You’ll be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the go-to person, and can keep things running smoothly while juggling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex and ever-changing calendars
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings, including with creative talent and production partners
  • Coordinating meeting logistics and technical set-ups
  • Organising domestic and international travel
  • Processing expenses and supporting general administration
  • Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with assistants across international teams
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects such as presentations, offsites, and team events

About You
