We’re working with a leading arts/creative agency on a major automotive account and need a Film Specialist PM to step in and take ownership of busy, high-impact video and podcast output. This is a hands-on role sitting right between client, creative, and production - ideal for someone who’s as comfortable shaping ideas as they are delivering them.
What you’ll do:
- Own projects from brief → delivery (video + audio content)
- Manage timelines, budgets, and agency margins
- Lead client comms, reviews, and approvals
- Plan and run shoots (crew, talent, logistics, paperwork)
- Oversee post-production (edit, motion, sound)
- Handle licensing (music + image)
- Coordinate internal teams + freelancers across multiple projects
What you’ll need:
- Strong agency or production background (large-scale video projects)
- Solid set experience + understanding of production workflows
- Confident with budgets, scoping, and client handling
- Familiar with tools like Slack, Google, Trello, Forecast, Harvest
