We’re working with a brilliant, fast-growing independent television production company to find an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to become the heartbeat of their busy London office. This is a varied EA and Office Management role, supporting senior leaders while taking ownership of the day-to-day office experience.
On the EA side, you’ll manage busy diaries, meetings and lunches, looking several weeks ahead to anticipate clashes, priorities and what the team needs before they have to ask. The pace is fast, so they need someone who can keep up, communicate confidently and stay one step ahead.
Alongside this, you’ll help create an office where employees, new starters and visitors feel genuinely welcomed and supported. You’ll keep communication flowing across the team, support events and socials, and bring your own ideas to making the office a brilliant place to work.
About you:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, forward-thinking and naturally one step ahead
- Polished, warm, energetic and confident with people
- Comfortable working with fast-paced senior creatives
- Happy taking ownership and asking questions
- Someone who genuinely cares about doing a brilliant job
Experience within TV, production or the wider creative industries would be particularly relevant. This is a career EA/Office Management opportunity rather than a stepping stone into production, so it will particularly suit someone who takes real pride in being the person who keeps everything and everyone moving.
If this sounds like you, don't delay and please apply today for an immediate interview!
