Our client is an exciting social impact creative agency creating integrated multi-channel campaigns to connect big brands with young people, parents and schools. The Marketing team focuses on client campaigns and are experts in marketing, product, data, digital and communications. They deliver integrated, creative multi-channel campaigns from implementation and optimisation to reporting and evaluation. You’ll ensure that campaigns are on-brand, measurable and optimised for engagement, so you will need to interrogate campaign objectives and offer data-driven insights and recommendations.

Day to day you’ll be using tools such as DotDigital and WordPress and be well versed in campaign setup on FB, IG, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (IG, FB, X, LI, TT, YT) across both organic and paid.

You should also be familiar with building and managing email marketing campaigns, flows and automations with support from senior marketing colleagues. Other areas of responsibility include setting up UTM tracking and working with GA4, Looker Studio and PowerBI to monitor and analyse campaign performance.

You will need to demonstrate all of the above skills and technical know-how and have experience from an agency environment along with a passion for education and reaching young people and their families.
