Remote Customer Service Advisor 3 Days Per Week Tues-Thursday Temporary Position | Immediate Start Pay: £14.80 / £13.45 per hour (depending on location – in line with Living Wage)

We’re working with an online card and gift retail organisation who are looking for a confident and experienced Customer Service Advisor to help support a busy team over the summer. You’ll mainly be handling customer queries over the phone and by email, following clear scripts and guidelines to make sure every customer gets a consistent, high-quality gifting experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Following scripts and processes for calls and written responses
  • Using several systems at once to find and update information
  • Keeping things accurate, organised, and on track
  • Knowing when to escalate issues or ask for help

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a remote customer service role is essential
  • Experience handling customer queries via telephone and ticketing systems
  • Confident in using computers, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Comfortable following scripts and established processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced environment
