We're partnering with a globally recognised premium consumer brand to hire a Senior Employee Communications Associate to join its EMEA Communications team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly ambitious communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to work closely with senior leaders across a complex global business.

  • Planning and delivering employee communications and engagement campaigns across EMEA
  • Creating compelling content across digital, social and internal communication channels
  • Supporting executive communications, leadership messaging and strategic storytelling
  • Coordinating complex projects, campaigns and communications calendars across an international organisation

Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills.

Highly polished with exceptional emotional intelligence and the confidence to work with demanding senior global stakeholders.

Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Calm, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Experience using creative and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar is advantageous.
