Our client, a B2B Publishing House, is looking for a capable and experienced Head of Events to lead their events strategy, planning, and delivery of high-profile corporate award shows, conferences, and networking events. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and enjoys creating exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and execute small-large-scale corporate events, including award shows, conferences, and networking programs.
- Develop creative event concepts, themes, and agendas.
- Oversee vendor coordination, contract negotiations, sponsorship management.
- Handle budgets and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote events and drive participation.
- Manage end-to-end event operations including guest engagement and on-site execution.
- Over 5 years of experience in event management, ideally within MICE, corporate award shows, or business events.
- Previous experience leading a team advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate and media landscape.
- Proven skills in project management, budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
