We’re working with an architecture studio in Birmingham who are looking for a polished, organised and proactive Receptionist / Studio Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to be the front face of a creative, design-led practice and support the smooth running of a busy studio.
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers, while providing essential administrative support to the wider team. Typical duties include:
- Welcome visitors and provide a positive reception experience
- Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, and day-to-day operations
- Assist with office facilities, including audits, maintenance requests, and keeping the office clean and organised
- Plan and coordinate office events, catering, travel, and onboarding
- Provide IT/AV support and handle calls, emails, post, and ad-hoc admin tasks
- Coordinate office calendars and support teams to ensure everything runs efficiently
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally including reception, admin, and facilities
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and client-ready
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
- Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam, Workday or Salesforce a bonus
- Interested in growing within a global, creative business
- Available to start Monday 9th
