Part-Time Temporary Admin & Office Assistant

Media Agency

3 Days - Tues–Thurs

In Office (Central London)

Temp - 3 Months with Possibility of Extension

Around £17.00 per hour

A leading independent media agency is seeking an immediately available proactive, fun, organised and people-focused Admin & Office Assistant to support the EA & Operations Manager and help keep the agency running seamlessly. This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the heart of the business — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys being the go-to person who makes everything work.

Part-time: Tuesday–Thursday

Hours: 9:30am–6pm (with flexibility around events)

Location: In-office

Start - immediately

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Supporting the EA with schedules, expenses and timesheets
  • Acting as a key point of contact & meet guests
  • Travel booking and raising POs
  • Keeping the office organised, welcoming and event-ready
  • Supporting agency events (including a fortnightly themed drinks trolley)
  • Providing full admin support to the EA & Ops Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous office experience (agency experience desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
  • A willingness to go above and beyond
