Media Agency
3 Days - Tues–Thurs

A leading independent media agency is seeking an immediately available proactive, fun, organised and people-focused Admin & Office Assistant to support the EA & Operations Manager and help keep the agency running seamlessly. This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the heart of the business — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys being the go-to person who makes everything work.
Part-time: Tuesday–Thursday
Hours: 9:30am–6pm (with flexibility around events)
Location: In-office
Start - immediately
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Supporting the EA with schedules, expenses and timesheets
- Acting as a key point of contact & meet guests
- Travel booking and raising POs
- Keeping the office organised, welcoming and event-ready
- Supporting agency events (including a fortnightly themed drinks trolley)
- Providing full admin support to the EA & Ops Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous office experience (agency experience desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
- A willingness to go above and beyond
