Our client is a global leader in entertainment and they’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support the film and TV team. You’ll handle everything from basic tasks to problem-solving, while also contributing to exciting projects. As the team’s main point of contact, you’ll manage priorities and ensure excellent service every step of the way.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing admin support to the team.
- Working with Facilities to keep the office areas, including the boardroom, in top shape.
- Helping organise events like off-sites, summits, socials, and briefings.
- Assisting International DTC Executives with their visits and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Supporting SVPs/VPs during their assistant's holiday cover by managing schedules and travel.
- Helping out with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience supporting a team and managing multiple calendars.
- Entertainment experience a huge advantage.
