Receptionist x 2 β Creative Wellness Studio
Location:: Birmingham Studio – onsite
Shift patterns: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 2.30pm – 9.30pm
OR
Wednesday and Thursday – 2.30pm – 9.30pm
Salary dependant on shifts: Β£17,136 for 3 days work and Β£11,424 for 2 days

A well-established and fast-growing creative wellness studio is looking for an experienced and confident Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. You\’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm, welcoming experience while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks, and is passionate about community, wellbeing, or lifestyle spaces.
- Greet all members and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude
- Manage class bookings, check-ins, and cancellations efficiently
- Respond to member inquiries via email, in person, and social media
- Process payments and manage billing queries
- Troubleshoot account issues or escalate where needed
- Coordinate with external services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Monitor and replenish essential stock and merchandise
- Help maintain a safe and organised studio environment
- Experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or hospitality role
- A confident communicator with a calm, friendly presence
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask
- Able to work afternoon to evening shifts (2:30 pmβ9:30 pm)
- Flexible and willing to support occasional weekend events
- Passion for wellness, fitness, or creative industries is a bonus
- Standard shift: 2:30 pm β 9:30 pm
- Occasional early start or late finish for events or studio needs
