Weβre on the hunt for a sharp, switched-on Studio Manager to become the beating heart of an award-winning studio. Small but exceptionally mighty, you will support the 25 strong team and ensure the studio runs like clockwork!
This isnβt just a desk job. Youβll be the lynchpin β the go-to, the fixer, the organiser, the face at the door and the brains behind the operation. You will oversee Studio Management, Finance, and HR, and keep everything running smoothly while the designers design.
Your world will include:
- Studio Operations β Keeping us ticking. You will be the first point of contact, the go-to problem solver, and the culture keeper.
- Finance & Reporting β Working closely with our external bookkeeper. You will own the day-to-day numbers, reporting, and be a wizard with Excel. Xero experience? Even better.
- HR Ops β Onboarding, performance chats, and supporting team wellbeing with the help of a great external consultant.
- Event Planning β From summer parties to epic Christmas dos, you will bring the fun.
- Culture Champion β We want someone friendly, upbeat, and people-first. Team culture is a big deal!
