Social Media Manager

Day rate: £150-180
Impact Recruitment is a people-focused, creatively-led recruitment agency, and we’re looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to help shape our online presence and communicate what makes us unique. This is a flexible and remote role – ideal for a creative freelancer who enjoys producing content with purpose, personality, and impact.
About the Role:
We're after someone who can lead the way in planning, creating, and managing social media content that reflects our brand and values.
You’ll help us elevate our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, grow our audience, and spark meaningful engagement.
In addition to social content, we’d love you to bring experience in writing newsletters, articles, and both short and long-form copy – especially for LinkedIn.
You’ll play a key role in building a strong and consistent voice for our brand across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule content across LinkedIn
- Write engaging, brand-aligned copy for posts, articles, and newsletters
- Share ideas that support audience growth and engagement
- Monitor performance and refine content based on results
- Help us build stronger connections with our community online
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing social media for creative or purpose-driven brands
- Strong writing skills – from snappy social posts to longer articles and email newsletters
- A good eye for visuals, tone, and brand consistency
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Skilled in producing short-form video content
- Experience creating engaging and strategic content for LinkedIn
